The textile factory is equipped 60000 yarn spindles. We can produce Ring or TFO sewing thread of 12s-80s 5000 tons、high quality of poly-poly&poly-cotton core spun yarn 800 tons every year.
We equipped with Assembly winder PS6 from SSM,、Auto-coner 21C from Muratec、Two-for-one twister VTS-09 from Volkmann and testing machine from Uster and so on. The equipment is advanced in the world.
The printing and dyeing factory have full set of bleaching、dyeing and finishing production line for extra broad width(340cm), it equipped with cold rolling dyeing machine from GERMANY KUSTER, top cuicular screen printing machine from ZIMMER. Our annual output of various fabric is 45 million meters. Except common technology such as:Bleaching、Light color、Medium shade、deep color and printing, we also can meet customer’s high class post finishing requirement such as: mellowing、 shrink-proof、crease proofing、water proof、insect-proof、anti-moth、fire retard and tentering of weft ect.The products factory equipped with 280 sets of sewing machine from JANPANESE BROTHER, quilting machines and embroidery machines. The products include high quality quilt、bed spread、bed curtain、pillowcase and down quilt (specification:300T、500T、800T and 1000T).
